We’re looking for a creative and growth-driven Social Media Executive who knows how to grow brands across multiple platforms and can design engaging content using Canva and other editing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Plan and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create eye-catching graphics, posts, and reels using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to our niche.
- Write creative captions and develop content calendars for consistent posting.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business goals and campaigns.
- Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and maintain an active community presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and platform algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of paid promotions (Meta Ads or Google Ads) is a plus.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to design aesthetics and brand voice.
- Ability to work full-time from the office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be graduated in any stream.
- Experience handling agency or client-based social media accounts.
- Understanding of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
- Video editing and short-form content creation skills (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content).
