Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for orders placed with us. Please read the policy carefully before proceeding with any service.
Cancellation Before Work Commencement or Within the First 24 Hours
Clients who choose to cancel their order before project work has begun or within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a refund. However, certain charges incurred during the initial setup are non-refundable, including:

Processing Fee – Covers administrative and operational costs of initiating the project.

Domain Purchase Fee – If a domain name has been secured on your behalf, this fee cannot be refunded.

Server Purchase Fee – If server space has already been acquired, the cost is non-refundable.
The total refund amount will be adjusted accordingly, excluding these specific fees.
Cancellation After Work Has Started or After 24 Hours
100% Refund – If the refund request is made within 7 days of the project start date.
50% Refund – If the refund request is made after 7 days but within 15 days of the project start date.
No Refund – If the request is made after 30 days from the project start date.
Cancellation After More Than 50% Work Completion
If a cancellation is requested after more than 50% of the project is completed, the full agreed project amount becomes due and payable. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Refund Processing Time
Refund requests, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Special Circumstances or Exceptions
In the case of special circumstances or unforeseen events, Shirobyte Solution LLP reserves the right to offer partial refunds or exemptions, depending on the situation, at our sole discretion.
Non-refundable Services
Certain services, such as initial consultations or one-time strategy sessions, may be non-refundable, as indicated at the time of booking or purchase.
Client Responsibilities
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our customer service team. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the specifics of the request and our policy guidelines.
Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or any other unforeseen events beyond our control, we will not be held liable for delays or cancellations, and no refunds will be issued.
