We are looking for a passionate Email Marketing Specialist who can help us generate qualified leads from international markets (USA, Canada, and Australia).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads for web development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain segmented email lists using verified B2B data sources.
- Write engaging email copy with strong CTAs focused on conversions.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (open rate, click-through, conversions, etc.) and optimize for better results.
- Must have 300+ own email ids
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Research and identify potential businesses or decision-makers in target regions.
- Maintain deliverability and compliance with email best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in email marketing or lead generation for IT, SaaS, or digital agencies.
- Strong understanding of cold email outreach and automation tools.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to personalize messages.
- Basic knowledge of Email Clients (Thunderbird, Outlook, Mailbox, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to improve campaign results.
- Ability to work from office and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be graduated in any stream.
- Experience targeting USA, Canada, or Australian B2B markets.
- Understanding of web development and digital marketing services.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Business directories.
